How do I place an order?
In this e-commerce website of Russel Automation Components and Technical Services, commonly ordered products are available for online transaction. For placing an order online, customer must click the Buy button to confirm their orders and add it to their cart.

Payment and Shipping
After placing an order, we will ask you your payment option (Visa, Debit Card / BPI) and shipping fee will be added to the cost.
Products will be shipped via LBC only.
Note: Shipping fee may vary because of weight differences of products or items.
Secure ordering
Once you have chosen your payment and shipping cost is added, you will be ask for confirmation of goods. Information such as address and contact number will be requested for the completion of goods.

Delivery
Upon confirmation of order, the customer support team will immediately send you the tracking number of your goods. Usually, delivery in Metro Manila takes 1-2 days and 3-7 days for provincial areas.
